About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic MBA Intern with a technical background (B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc. IT or equivalent) to join our Business Development team. This role offers hands-on exposure to IT sales, client acquisition, market research, and business strategy. The intern will work closely with senior management to identify business opportunities and support the company's growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Research potential clients, industries, and market trends.
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold outreach.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and client meetings.
- Maintain and update CRM with lead and customer information.
- Identify new business opportunities for software development, ERP, AI, Digital Marketing, HRMS, and other IT services.
- Support partnership development with startups, corporate, and educational institutions.
- Conduct competitor analysis and prepare business reports.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA (Marketing, Business Analytics, IT, or Operations).
- Technical educational background such as B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. IT, or Computer Science.
- Strong interest in technology, SaaS, software solutions, and B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and achieve targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
