About the Company – Offee (Orage Digital Pvt. Ltd.):
Founded in 2017, Offee is an award-winning EdTech platform developed by Orage Digital Pvt. Ltd., which enables offline digital exams without requiring internet or computer labs. Using a proprietary IoT device, Offee creates a secure offline network for up to 80 users simultaneously, turning any space into a digital examination center.
We have successfully conducted over 3 million digital exams for more than 100 academic institutions including Somaiya University and JBIMS. Offee has been recognized by the Government of Maharashtra and has received the Aegis Graham Bell Award for Innovation in Education.

Position: Operations Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our examination coordination and academic operations. The role involves working closely with colleges, internal teams, and academic authorities to ensure smooth planning and execution of examinations.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with colleges for exam scheduling and planning
Communicate with Principals, Exam Controllers, and college authorities
Finalize exam timelines and requirements
Maintain communication records and academic data
Share updates and coordination reports with internal teams
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in Marathi & English (Mandatory)
Good coordination and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, documentation)
Prior coordination/administrative experience is a plus.
