Workforce Experience Architect Consultant -
Role and Responsibilities
Analyse customer workforce experience journeys across hiring, onboarding, workforce adoption, and operational readiness
Design workforce experience transformation solutions focused on improving employee readiness, digital adoption, workforce engagement, and reducing operational friction
Architect AI-enabled onboarding assistants, digital guidance systems, employee self-service experiences, and adoption platforms
Define workforce journey optimization frameworks aligned with customer workforce transformation objectives
Collaborate with customer stakeholders to improve workforce experience maturity and enablement effectiveness
Support delivery teams with onboarding accelerators, experience frameworks, and digital adoption patterns.
Skills and Competencies
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in designing and solutioning HR Tech applications in Workforce Enablement domain
Good knowledge and experience of Workforce Experience Foundations (Employee experience concepts, workforce journey mapping, digital workplace experience, workforce enablement basics), Hiring & Onboarding Systems (Talent acquisition workflows, onboarding journeys, onboarding systems, role readiness models, digital onboarding platforms)
Experience in building apps like Digital adoption platforms, employee self-service, workflow guidance systems, collaboration enablement, workforce engagement systems
Experience in helping leadership in defining strategies in improving employee adoption to digital platforms
Experience in building Experience Layer using AI (AI onboarding assistants, conversational workforce systems, AI guidance systems, workforce experience analytics)
Consulting & Transformation experience – Experience transformation consulting, journey workshops, stakeholder facilitation, business outcome mapping
Experience in Delivery & IP Development – Workforce journey frameworks, onboarding accelerators, digital adoption models, reusable experience patterns.
