We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, coordinating, and hiring candidates across various roles. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Candidate Sourcing
- Source profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
- Identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
2. Screening & Shortlisting
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Evaluate candidates based on communication, experience, and role fit.
- Schedule shortlisted candidates for interviews.
3. Interview Coordination
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Share interview details and follow up on confirmations.
- Ensure smooth interview process and timely communication.
4. Job Posting
- Post job openings on portals and social media platforms.
- Update and manage active job listings.
5. Candidate Communication
- Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Share feedback, updates, and follow-ups.
6. Recruitment Operations
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documents if required.
- Support HR team with hiring-related administrative tasks.
7. Employer Branding Support
- Assist in creating hiring posts and recruitment campaigns.
- Support HR initiatives and engagement activities.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment/HR
- Confidence in speaking with candidates
- Organizational and multitasking ability
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Proactive and eager-to-learn attitude
Eligibility
- Completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field
