Required Skills:-
* Strong experience in WordPress, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, REST APIs, and WooCommerce.
* Experience in custom plugin and theme development.
* Knowledge of Elementor, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), Git, and Linux/cPanel hosting.
* Experience implementing authentication, security, and user-role management.
* Familiarity with AI coding tools and workflow automation.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:-
* Develop, maintain, and optimize the BESPL WordPress website.
* Design and build custom WordPress plugins using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI).
* Develop and integrate business modules including CRM, HRMS, Sales, Operations, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, Payments, Vendor, Customer, and Employee Management.
* Create secure role-based dashboards and login portals for Admin, Sales, Accounts, HR, Operations, Customers, Vendors, Dealers, Agents, and Employees.
* Implement Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), OTP login, role-based access control, activity logs, backups, and website security best practices.
* Integrate APIs such as WhatsApp, Payment Gateways, Google Workspace, SMS, Email, and third-party ERP/accounting tools.
* Ensure website performance, SEO optimization, mobile responsiveness, and high availability.
* Troubleshoot, optimize, document, and continuously improve the platform.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
