JD:
- *Handling accounting and foreign remittances compliance related activities*
- *Filing Form 15CA & 15CB for foreign remittances*
- Managing end-to-end RBI FEMA compliances including FDI, ODI & ECB matters.
- *Co-ordinating with banks for export/import related transactions*
- Preparing documents and replies for submission with Bank/RBI
- *Advising clients on FEMA and overseas transaction related matters*
- Assisting clients in overseas entity setup and restructuring assignments
Salary *upto Rs 30,000 per month*
