Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), databases, referrals, and networking.
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communication.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
- Provide market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring.
- Deliver high-quality, relevant profiles within agreed timelines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
