Job Title - Mandate Content & Client Engagement Specialist
Purpose of the Role
- The Mandate Content & Client Engagement Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the development, management, governance, and distribution of client-facing content related to discretionary mandates and investment solutions.
- The role combines responsibility for marketing collateral production, content management, data stewardship, and content digitalization, while also supporting broader client coverage activities across the Mandate Specialist team.
- The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate agility beyond core responsibilities, proactively supporting legal & compliance processes, content governance, client engagement initiatives, content distribution, and process improvements. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to emerging content technologies, including AI-enabled workflows, automation, and digital content solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Marketing Collateral Management
- Develop, maintain, and update premium client-facing materials for discretionary mandates, investment products, and internal stakeholders.
- Create presentations, pitch books, after-sales reports, marketing collateral, factsheets, and investment communication materials.
- Ensure all content reflects current CIO views, product positioning, and approved messaging.
- Translate complex investment concepts into clear, structured, client-friendly content.
2. Data Stewardship & Quality Assurance
- Own the integrity of data used across marketing and client materials.
- Perform periodic updates of charts, tables, performance figures, and mandate-related information.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and data providers to resolve inconsistencies.
3. Content Management & Digitalization
- Act as a key user of content management systems and content production tools.
- Support digitalization initiatives and automation of content production workflows.
- Collaborate with product specialists, marketing teams, portfolio managers, and technology partners to improve content processes.
- Contribute to implementation of scalable content frameworks and templates.
4. Client Engagement & Coverage Support
- Support the Mandate Specialist team in preparing client presentations, proposals, and engagement materials.
- Assist in managing content distribution and publication processes.
- Support broader client coverage initiatives across the team.
- Maintain repositories of approved client-facing materials and content assets.
5. Legal & Compliance Coordination
- Support review, approval, and publishing workflows involving Legal & Compliance teams.
- Help ensure materials comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and branding standards.
- Track content approvals and maintain appropriate audit trails where required.
6. Content Design & Visual Communication
- Create and maintain professional templates, presentation layouts, graphics, visual elements, and content assets.
- Ensure consistency with corporate design standards and brand guidelines.
- Continuously improve the quality and impact of visual storytelling.
7. Innovation & AI-Enabled Content Solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve content creation and review processes through automation.
- Leverage AI tools to support content creation, translation, summarization, proofreading, and consistency checks.
- Contribute to the development of AI-enabled workflows or agents supporting content governance and compliance reviews.
- Stay current with emerging technologies relevant to content operations and client communications.
Skills & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in financial services, investment communications, marketing operations, content management, client reporting, or related functions.
- Experience supporting investment products, discretionary mandates, wealth management, or asset management businesses preferred.
Technical Skills
Must Have:
- Advanced PowerPoint skills.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience managing structured content and data.
- Strong written business English.
Preferred:
- Experience with Content Management Systems (Censhare or similar).
- Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator).
- Financial data platforms (Bloomberg, Morningstar, LSEG/Refinitiv).
- Basic automation skills.
- Experience with AI productivity tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, etc.).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
