About the Role
Oswaal Books is looking for a Category Manager Early Learning to drive growth and execution for Lil Legends across D2C platforms, online marketplaces, offline sales channels, and influencer marketing.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, ideal for candidates with experience in digital commerce, publishing, or consumer brands who want to grow into a larger business leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
1. D2C & Marketplace Management

Execute growth strategies across:

Shopify (D2C)

Amazon and other online marketplaces
-
Monitor and analyze:
-
Daily sales performance
-
ROAS / ACOS
-
Conversion and traffic metrics
-
Coordinate with agencies and internal teams for:

Paid ads
-
Product listings
-
Creative updates
2. Performance & Influencer Marketing Support

Execute influencer marketing campaigns, including:

Creator outreach and coordination
-
Campaign briefing
-
Deliverable tracking
-
Support performance marketing initiatives and creative testing
-
Track campaign results and share actionable insights
3. Product & Listing Management
-
Manage and optimize:
-
Product listings
-
A+ content
-
Product videos
-
Coordinate with Editorial and Design teams for:

New product launches
-
Content and creative updates
-
Ensure all listings are platform-compliant and conversion-focused
4. Offline Sales & Event Support

Support offline sales initiatives such as:

Exhibitions
-
Distributor requirements
-
Sales collaterals
-
Coordinate pricing, schemes, and stock availability
5. Data, Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination

Track:

Candidate Profile
-
4–6 years of experience in:

D2C businesses
-
Online marketplaces

Publishing or consumer brands

Hands-on experience with:

Strong execution and coordination skills

Comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and performance metrics
