Job Profile – Technical Service Advisor (Infinity Hyundai)Position
Job Purpose:
The Technical Service Advisor is responsible for diagnosing customer vehicle concerns, providing accurate technical guidance, coordinating with workshop technicians, ensuring quality repairs, and delivering an excellent customer service experience while maintaining Hyundai standards.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (preferred)
- ITI with relevant experience may also be considered.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in an automobile dealership service workshop.
- Experience with Hyundai or other passenger vehicle dealerships is preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Hyundai service processes and systems.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to use diagnostic scanners and workshop software.
- Teamwork and leadership abilities.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office & DMS).
