Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented B2B Marketing Outreach Executive to drive lead generation and business growth by building relationships with architects, builders, facility management companies, housing societies, consultants, and commercial property owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential B2B clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field outreach.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Build and maintain a database of architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Execute email marketing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships to convert opportunities into business.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Track outreach activities and maintain CRM records.
- Represent UrbanRoof at industry events, networking meets, and exhibitions when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, outreach, or business development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and CRM tools is preferred.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable interacting with decision-makers.
- Construction, real estate, facility management, or engineering industry exposure will be an added advantage.
