Job Title: Senior Interior Designer Location: New Town, Kolkata Job Description We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, excellent client-handling abilities, and experience managing residential and commercial interior projects from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities - Create innovative interior design concepts and space planning. - Prepare detailed 2D drawings (layout plans, working drawings, electrical, plumbing, and ceiling plans). - Develop high-quality 3D designs and realistic renders. - Create client presentation walkthroughs/animations. - Coordinate with clients, vendors, and site execution teams. - Conduct site visits and ensure designs are executed as per drawings. - Prepare BOQs, material selections, and mood boards. - Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Required Skills - Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D). - Expertise in SketchUp / 3ds Max / Blender or similar 3D software. - Experience with V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or D5 Render for rendering and walkthroughs. - Knowledge of Photoshop and Microsoft Office is an advantage. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior design. Qualifications - Bachelor's or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Salary: As per experience.
