Job Description
Monitor backup jobs and ensure SLA compliance
Troubleshoot backup failures (client, snapshot, storage issues)
Perform file, VM, and database restores (SQL/Oracle)
Maintain backup reports, logs, and documentation
Coordinate with storage, and infra teams for issue resolution
Support DR drills and validate backup recoverability
Knowledge of VMware / Hyper-V / Windows/Linux
