Qualification : BE/B.Tech in Mechanical. M. Tech Design will be an added advantage.
Skills Required:
· Expertise in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
· Thorough knowledge of engineering materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly interfaces.
· Exposure to pneumatics preferred.
· Strong understanding of ISO requirements.
Role & Responsibilities
Experience in the design and development of jigs, fixtures, and special purpose machines (SPM). Expertise in developing special applications for pneumatic tools and providing customized solutions in mechanical design and product development. Design and develop jigs, fixtures, and special applications for pneumatic tools.
· Create innovative mechanical designs using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
· Develop detailed 2D/3D models, technical drawings, and specifications.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design feasibility and cost-effectiveness, performance, and manufacturing requirements
· Work on prototyping, testing, and modifying designs based on evaluations.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and prepare necessary documentation.
· Engage in product development, estimation processes, and customer projects.
· Lead a team of design engineers.
