Job Responsibilities
- Execute solar sales and business development activities in assigned territories as per defined targets and plans. Identify and engage potential customers for rooftop and ground-mounted solar power solutions.
- Generate leads through market research, cold calling, site visits, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups for closures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure trust, retention, and repeat business. Understand customer energy requirements and propose suitable solar solutions.
- Prepare, present, and explain techno-commercial proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals in line with company guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, execution, finance) to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
- Track sales activities, maintain customer data, and update sales records regularly.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
- Stay updated on solar market trends, competitor activity, and regional opportunities
Experience & Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in solar sales or renewable energy sales.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
