Location: Mumbai (Travel as per project requirements)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead Busway/Busduct projects from planning through execution and successful completion. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing electrical EPC or busway projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, budget control, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close Busway/Busduct projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
- Lead end-to-end project execution, including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and progress reports.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and change orders.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide updates to management and clients.
- Resolve technical and commercial issues during project execution.
- Lead and mentor project engineers and site teams to achieve project objectives.
Required Skills
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in managing Busway/Busduct or Electrical EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of Busway/Busduct systems, electrical distribution, and installation practices.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, execution, and stakeholder management.
- Good understanding of project costing, budgeting, and contract management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Excel, and project documentation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- PMP or equivalent Project Management certification will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹864,088.57 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
