Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, delivering exceptional customer service, managing staff, maintaining food quality standards, and driving sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise, train, and motivate café staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Ensure excellent customer experience by handling guest feedback and resolving complaints promptly.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, hygiene, and presentation in accordance with company standards.
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, and vendor coordination.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance and shift scheduling.
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, and operational performance to achieve business targets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
- Implement promotional activities and local marketing initiatives to increase customer footfall.
- Prepare operational reports, sales summaries, and inventory reports for management.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in café, QSR, restaurant, or food service operations.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
