Job Summary
Abhinandan Bajaj is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller to connect with prospective and existing customers. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting the Sales and Service teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Generate and qualify leads for vehicle sales and service.
- Schedule customer appointments and follow up on inquiries.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers to improve conversions.
- Update customer information and call records in the CRM or system.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Promote ongoing offers, exchange programs, finance options, and service campaigns.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduation.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, telesales, or a similar role (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive communication, and a customer-focused attitude.
