Job Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for Non-IT positions.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve individual hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
Required Skills
- 1–5 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
- Prior experience in International Voice Process/BPO hiring is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and candidate management.
