We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell building materials such as cement, steel, tiles, paints, or construction-related products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and real estate sector
- Promote company products to contractors, builders, architects, and dealers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
- Conduct site visits and client meetings regularly
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide product presentations and technical information to clients
- Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain team for timely delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 1–5 years of sales experience in building materials or construction industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of local market and distribution network
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic understanding of construction materials and applications
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools

Pay: ₹14,209.86 - ₹27,053.59 per month
