Key Responsibilities
- Attend all technical training programs and complete assigned learning modules.
- Assist senior technicians in vehicle inspection, diagnosis, servicing, and repairs.
- Learn company products, technical procedures, and workshop operations.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Handle tools, equipment, and workshop resources responsibly.
- Maintain job cards, service records, and other technical documentation.
- Report technical issues, defects, and observations to the supervisor.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Adhere to quality standards and company policies.
- Coordinate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, or a related discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of automobile systems and tools.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a workshop environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain discipline.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
