Edmento Technologies is looking for a passionate Flutter Developer Intern to join our engineering team for a 6-month internship. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience building cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter. You will work alongside experienced developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to create intuitive and high-quality educational technology products.
Key ResponsibilitiesMobile App Development
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces for Android and iOS.
- Implement new features and enhance existing application functionality.
Collaboration
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to convert designs into functional mobile applications.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate REST APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions.
Learning & Optimization
- Learn Flutter development best practices and write clean, maintainable code.
- Assist in debugging, fixing issues, and improving application performance.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities.
Version Control
- Use Git and GitHub for source code management.
- Assist with application builds and deployment processes.
Continuous Learning
- Stay updated with Flutter, Dart, and modern mobile development practices.
- Explore new technologies and contribute innovative ideas to the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Flutter and Dart.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
- Basic knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
- Understanding of responsive UI development.
- Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and solve problems.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Personal or academic Flutter projects.
- Familiarity with Firebase services.
- Basic understanding of state management (Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc).
- Experience publishing personal projects or maintaining a GitHub portfolio is a plus.
