Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring complete client satisfaction by managing leads after order placement, providing excellent after-sales support, resolving client queries, and maintaining long-term relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with clients after order placement to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and ensure all client requirements are addressed.
- Collect and document genuine client feedback for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate the complete service process, from order confirmation to payment collection.
- Address and resolve client queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide product or service-related guidance whenever required.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client issues and escalate matters when necessary.
- Understand client expectations and provide suitable solutions accordingly.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
