Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Drawing In-charge to manage and oversee all technical drawings and design documentation for ongoing projects. The role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure drawings are accurate, updated, and aligned with project requirements. The candidate will play a key role in bridging design and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare, review, and manage civil and interior project drawings.
· Ensure drawings comply with design standards, codes, and project specifications.
· Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site engineers to resolve discrepancies.
· Maintain updated drawing records and issue revisions as required.
· Support project execution by providing accurate technical drawings to site teams.
· Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure precision and feasibility.
· Collaborate with procurement and construction teams to align drawings with material and execution plans.
· Assist in project planning and provide technical input during design development.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Diploma in Architecture / Arch. Assistantship / Interior Design /Civil Engineering.
· Proven experience in handling project drawings for civil and interior works.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BricsCAD, Sketchup and other design/drawing softwares.
· Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
