Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the counter
- Explain products and help customers choose suitable items
- Handle billing (POS / manual billing) and cash transactions
- Maintain daily sales records and cash closing
- Arrange products and keep display attractive
- Check stock regularly and report low inventory
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely
- Maintain store cleanliness and discipline
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software preferred)
- Friendly, confident & customer-focused attitude
- Honest, punctual & responsible
Qualification:
- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass
- Experience preferred (Freshers may apply)
Working Time:
9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Salary:
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (as per experience)
