- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide information regarding healthcare services, medical equipment rentals, and service availability.
- Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Follow up with customers regarding service requests and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software systems.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
- Meet daily call handling and customer satisfaction targets.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
