Job Title: Network Based Office Work

Reports to : Rajasekar (TL)
Location: Guindy, Chennai
Employment Type:Full Time /Part Time
Salary:20,000 To 25000 for Freshers
Requirements: 10th Pass (SSLC)
12th Pass (HSC)
Diploma (Any specialization / stream)
Any Degree Experience: Freshers are welcome! (0–1 year of basic work experience is a plus, but not required).
Key Responsibilities: 1)Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
2)Follow up with internal team leads to ensure customer requests are resolved within SLA guidelines.
3)Assist in generating weekly operational reports and tracking customer feedback metrics
Key Skills:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, web browser navigation, or basic typing). Good communication skills in Tamil (ability to read/write basic English is an advantage). Strong punctuality, willingness to learn, and teamwork attitude. Attention to detail for simple records and data verification.
Work Hours and Benefits:
Hours:Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 4:30pm)
