TA/TQ Trainer Responsibilities
- Conduct induction training for new employees.
- Train staff on company processes, products, and customer service.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and manuals.
- Assess trainees through tests and practical evaluations.
- Monitor employee performance and identify skill gaps.
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Maintain training attendance and performance records.
- Coordinate with team leaders and managers on training needs.
- Ensure employees follow company quality standards and SOPs.
- Submit training reports and progress updates.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
