Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, social selling, LinkedIn networking,
audience engagement, and relationship building. You will work closely with our strategy
and content team to execute LinkedIn growth campaigns for B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Account Intelligence
- Conduct company research and competitive analysis.
- Identify target accounts and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain prospect databases.
- Perform audience, industry, and persona profiling.
LinkedIn Growth Activities
- Send personalized connection requests and messages.
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Manage LinkedIn amplification activities.
- Engage with prospects' and clients' content strategically.
- Support profile and company page visibility initiatives.
Content Distribution & Engagement
- Schedule and publish LinkedIn posts.
- Monitor post-performance and engagement.
- Respond to comments and initiate conversations where required.
- Support community-building efforts across LinkedIn.Campaign Execution
- Work with internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Maintain activity trackers and outreach reports.
- Support lead generation and relationship nurturing efforts.
Required Skills
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Strong internet research capabilities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and social selling.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM tools, and LinkedIn.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
