Job Summary
The Front Office Assistant is responsible for delivering warm, efficient and professional guest service at the reception desk. The role includes handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, coordinating with other departments and ensuring a smooth guest experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a professional and courteous manner
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately
- Manage room reservations, cancellations and modifications
- Maintain guest records and update hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B and maintenance departments
- Manage cash, billing and payment procedures as per hotel policy
- Ensure front desk area is clean, organized and presentable
- Follow hotel SOPs, safety and security procedures
- Assist in upselling rooms, restaurant, bar and hotel services
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Front Office Assistant / Receptionist in a star-category hotel
- Male/Female
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred
- Familiar with PMS (Property Management System) and MS Office
- Good communication skills in English and local language
- Pleasant personality with a guest-service attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
