Shiv Realty is a leading real estate company based in North Goa, committed to delivering exceptional property solutions and customer experiences. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales Executive who is passionate about customer engagement and lead conversion.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and budget.
- Follow up with leads regularly and nurture them until conversion.
- Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize conversions.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Candidates with Real Estate or Hospitality industry experience will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Capable of handling work pressure and meeting performance targets while maintaining professionalism.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
