Position Summary
The Design Architect will lead the planning, design, and development of residential, commercial, mixed-use, retail, plotted development, and township projects. The role involves conceptual design, master planning, feasibility analysis, regulatory compliance, consultant coordination, and design management to ensure innovative, commercially viable, and execution-ready developments.
Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Design & Planning
- Develop architectural concepts aligned with project vision, market demand, and business objectives.
- Prepare concept designs, schematic layouts, massing studies, and detailed design packages.
- Ensure optimal land utilization, functionality, sustainability, and aesthetic excellence.
- Present design proposals to management and stakeholders.
Master Planning & Feasibility
- Prepare and review master plans, site layouts, zoning plans, and circulation strategies.
- Conduct feasibility studies, development potential assessments, and highest & best-use analyses.
- Prepare area statements, saleable area calculations, and development efficiency reports.
- Recommend planning strategies to maximize project value and returns.
Regulatory Compliance & FSI Optimization
- Ensure compliance with DCR, UDCPR, municipal regulations, fire norms, and environmental requirements.
- Optimize FSI/FAR utilization while maintaining design quality and statutory compliance.
- Support project approval processes and authority submissions.
Design Development & Coordination
- Review architectural drawings through all project stages.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, HVAC, landscape, lighting, and specialist consultants.
- Resolve design clashes and ensure seamless integration of building services.
- Maintain design intent throughout execution.
Façade Design & Value Engineering
- Guide façade development, material selection, and elevation design.
- Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize cost without compromising quality.
- Introduce innovative and contemporary architectural solutions.
Construction & Site Support
- Provide design support during execution.
- Conduct site visits, review mock-ups, and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure construction aligns with approved architectural designs.
Leadership & Design Management
- Lead and mentor internal design teams.
- Establish design standards, processes, and best practices.
- Monitor design schedules, quality, and project deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement in design efficiency and innovation.

Preferred Background
Candidates from reputed real estate developers with experience in large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use developments, integrated townships, high-rise projects, luxury housing, and urban redevelopment projects will be preferred.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
