We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality execution, and manage day-to-day site operations. The candidate should coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to complete projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of construction materials.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control throughout the project.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Verify contractor bills and measurements.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions at the site.
- Maintain site documentation, work records, and project reports.
- Coordinate with the procurement and planning teams for smooth project execution.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
- Experience in RCC work, finishing work, and project coordination is preferred.
Preferred Requirements
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Willingness to travel or relocate as per project requirements.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
