We are seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data records and supporting various administrative functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with various software tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update data in Excel spreadsheets.
- Manage and organize filing systems for important documents.
- Maintain a cash book and ensure all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
- Record sales and purchase entries in Excel and relevant software.
- Conduct thorough checks of all documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Assist in the processing of invoices and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to support daily operations.
- Prepare reports and summaries as required.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in a back-office or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Pay: ₹10,634.70 - ₹25,000.00 per month
