Position: Chef de Partie - |Indian-South Indian|
Location: Navi Mumbai Airport
Department: Culinary
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present dishes within your section to the highest standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per company and legal requirements.
- Assist in menu planning and contribute ideas for specials.
- Supervise and train Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and team management skills.
