Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market reach. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—while mentoring a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed their targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for residential or commercial projects.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the on-ground sales team. Set clear performance benchmarks and conduct regular coaching sessions.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Oversee lead-generation campaigns (digital, referrals, and channel partners), and drive the conversion of inquiries into bookings. [1, 2]
- Client Relationship Management: Manage high-net-worth (HNI) client interactions, conduct site visits, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure a premium buying experience.
- Deal Negotiation & Closure: Assist the team with complex negotiations, contract drafting, and ensure smooth, legally compliant transactions
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
