Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee the overall operations, sales performance, inventory, customer service, and team management of a two-wheeler EV store. The candidate should have strong experience in dealership or retail store management within the EV or automobile sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Lead, train, and supervise the sales and store operations team.
- Monitor vehicle, spare parts, accessories, and battery inventory.
- Ensure timely stock replenishment and accurate inventory records.
- Handle customer enquiries, test rides, bookings, deliveries, and escalations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
- Coordinate with service, logistics, finance, and regional teams.
- Manage vehicle documentation, registration, insurance, and financing processes.
- Build relationships with local customers, dealers, channel partners, and financiers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor competitor activities and local market trends.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the two-wheeler EV or automobile industry.
- Proven experience in managing a dealership, showroom, retail outlet, or store.
- Strong knowledge of electric two-wheelers, batteries, charging, sales, and after-sales processes.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage store profitability.
- Strong team management, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of inventory control, vehicle documentation, financing, and insurance.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
