Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance, HR & Compliance Intern to manage our internal operations – from bookkeeping and expense tracking to recruitment and volunteer onboarding. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, documentation, and behind-the-scenes impact.
Key Responsibilities (Finance & Compliance)
Maintain daily accounts, expense records, and reimbursement tracking
Assist in invoice processing and documentation for audits
Prepare financial trackers and compliance reports
Coordinate with admin teams for statutory filings (if applicable)
Maintain Cherysh cashflow spreadsheets
Key Responsibilities (HR & Operations)
Support recruitment – post openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews
Manage volunteer and intern onboarding, maintain HR databases
Assist in internal HR coordination and attendance tracking
Who You Are (Preferred Qualifications)
Student or fresher in B Com, M Com, Finance, MBA, HR
Basic knowledge of accounting principles (Tally/ZoHo is a plus, not mandatory)
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
Organized, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
