Job Summary
Callidora Technology is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon and Flipkart seller panels, product listings, inventory management, order processing, and marketplace optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product listings on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Upload and update product details, pricing, descriptions, images, and specifications.
- Handle Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability across marketplaces.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Track and resolve marketplace-related issues.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Analyze sales performance and generate reports.
- Optimize product listings to improve rankings, visibility, and conversions.
- Manage promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts on marketplaces.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Requirements
- Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years in E-Commerce Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Good knowledge of product listing, catalog management, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in marketplace account management.
- Understanding of online sales and customer support processes.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Day Shift Only
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
