Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers to remind them about their pending EMIs and outstanding dues.
- Provide customers with correct payment links, modes, and options to clear their dues.
- Achieve daily calling targets and accurately update call outcomes in the data system.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and respectful tone while communicating with customers.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
