Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Store Manager to manage day-to-day operations at one of our Blinkit dark stores. You will be responsible for overseeing store staff, inventory management, order fulfillment, and ensuring seamless delivery coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient order picking, packing, and dispatch
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels; coordinate with supply teams for replenishments
- Lead a team of associates (pickers, packers, etc.), providing training, shift scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while meeting Blinkit’s delivery time promises
- Maintain store hygiene, safety, and compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Handle basic troubleshooting related to inventory software and handheld devices
- Report on operational metrics, shortages, shrinkage, and other key KPIs to the Area Manager
- Foster a productive work environment that encourages team collaboration and high performance
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate (preferred) with 1–3 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, or warehouse operations
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or handheld devices (a plus)
- Excellent communication and people management skills

Pay: ₹30,511.98 - ₹50,550.28 per month
