Compensation
Up to ₹5.5 LPA (depending on experience and performance)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive field sales for current account opening in the assigned territory.
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new business clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, corporates, and local businesses.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with KYC norms and banking regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 1.5–5 years of experience in field sales / banking / financial services.
- Strong knowledge of current account products and banking processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively.
