Responsibilities:
- Drafting and preparing official letters, emails, notices, and correspondence.
- Maintaining office records, files, and documentation.
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative operations.
- Coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
- Managing data entry and updating records.
- Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
- Handling basic office coordination and support tasks.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email drafting.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in administration or office operations preferred.
Preferred Experience: 3–5 years in administration, back-office operations, or office coordination.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,582.24 per month
