Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Incharge with 3–4 years of professional experience to lead and execute marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
- Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for marketing activities.
- Organize events, trade shows, and product launches to boost brand presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–4 years of proven experience in marketing management or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
