Real Estate Team Leader
Job Summary
The Real Estate Team Leader is responsible for managing, mentoring, and driving the performance of a sales team to achieve site visit, booking, and revenue targets. The role involves lead allocation, daily follow-ups, team motivation, reporting, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
- Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Sales Executives
- Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-ups
- Conduct daily sales briefings and review meetings
- Monitor individual performance and provide coaching
Sales & Target Achievement
- Ensure team achieves monthly site visit and booking targets
- Support team members during client meetings and negotiations
- Close deals when required and assist in conversion
- Improve visit-to-booking ratios
Lead & CRM Management
- Ensure proper use of CRM systems
- Monitor lead quality, follow-up status, and data accuracy
- Coordinate with the presales team for lead flow
Client Coordination
- Handle key or escalated clients professionally
- Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to booking
- Coordinate with legal, CRM, and accounts teams for documentation
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Track site visits, bookings, cancellations, and collections
- Share performance insights with management
Training & Development
- Train new sales executives on projects, pricing, and sales pitch
- Conduct role-plays and product training sessions
- Identify skill gaps and recommend improvements
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Good knowledge of local real estate market
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
