Key Responsibilities
- Production Leadership: Drive end‑to‑end production planning, execution, delivery commitments, and dispatch management across multiple plants.
- Operational Excellence: Apply the 4M concept (Man, Machine, Material, Method) to optimize processes within budgetary limits.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure production output consistently meets specifications and company standards.
- Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols, maintaining a hazard‑free environment.
- Performance Monitoring: Prepare and review MIS reports, analyze production data, and present performance updates to senior management.
- Workforce Development: Lead training initiatives to enhance skills, productivity, and accountability.
- Asset Management: Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships to maximize equipment uptime
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 4 +years of experience in a corrugated and wooden box industries or manufacturing industries with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role of 20 Hindi speaking labour's
- Education: Diploma / B.E Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
- Leadership: Self driven in target driven environment, Strong ability to lead a team, excellent communication skill, self-motivated, and resolve conflicts within a CFT.
- Problem-Solving: Quick analytical thinking to troubleshoot operational issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Production Practices: Proficiency in implementing 5S, Kaizen, Gemba, Poka yoke, Kanban, Lean manufacturing, JIT and TPM
