Position Overview
The Senior Data C Analytics Specialist plays a key role in enabling consulting teams to solve complex commercial challenges through data-driven insights, analytics, and automation. Working closely with consultants and the global Data C Analytics function, the role provides technical expertise, coaching, and support while developing scalable analytical solutions, tools, and intellectual property that enhance project delivery.
This role combines hands-on analytics with stakeholder engagement, empowering consulting teams to leverage data effectively, and deliver impactful recommendations for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with consulting teams to support commercial problem-solving through advanced analytics, data management, and
Provide guidance, coaching, and technical support to consulting support staff and junior consultants on standard Data C Analytics activities including data collection, collaboration, process automation, and analytical
Train and mentor colleagues on the effective use of proprietary analytical tools, datasets, reusable assets, and best
Support consulting teams in implementing Data C Analytics tools, methodologies, and intellectual property across client
Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance analytical tools, reusable models, datasets, dashboards, and automation solutions that can be leveraged across multiple projects.
Build scalable analytical solutions to address complex business problems using data-driven
Collaborate with global Data C Analytics teams across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific to share knowledge, improve capabilities, and contribute to global
Develop strong relationships with consulting and business services teams to understand evolving business needs and identify opportunities for analytical
Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using BI tools to communicate insights effectively to
Apply advanced analytical techniques and data management practices to improve decision-making and support client outcomes.
Contribute to the continuous development of the Data C Analytics function through innovation, knowledge sharing, and process
Stay updated with emerging technologies, analytical methodologies, and industry best practices to continuously enhance team
Required Qualification and Experience
5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Consulting Analytics, or a similar analytical role, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative
Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI
Working knowledge of SQL for querying and managing
Experience with Python and/or R for data analysis and automation is
Exposure to Alteryx, workflow automation tools, machine learning techniques, or cloud-based analytics platforms is advantageous.
Strong understanding of data collection, transformation, automation, and analytical
Excellent problem-solving and commercial analytical skills with the ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop junior team
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across cross-functional and global teams.
