Job Summary
Ambrosial is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Executive with proven experience in brand procurement and third-party manufacturing/vendor management. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling procurement functions for a recognized brand and possess strong expertise in sourcing, vendor negotiations, and supply chain coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Handle procurement through third-party manufacturers and suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contract manufacturers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement requirements and maintain inventory levels.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers while ensuring quality and compliance standards.
- Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, and vendor documentation.
Mandatory Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant procurement experience.
- Prior experience in procurement for a brand is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with third-party manufacturing/vendor procurement.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Health Supplements, Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or Wellness brands will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of procurement planning, sourcing strategies, and supply chain processes.
