You will take ownership of sales and marketing activities to support business growth across industrial sectors.
- Generate new business opportunities through direct customer visits, networking, digital platforms, and market development activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPC Contractors, Engineering Companies, Consultants, Dealers, and Industrial End Users.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation, customer meetings, technical discussions, quotation submission, negotiation, follow-up, and order closure.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely quotation preparation, order execution, and customer support.
- Identify new market segments and business opportunities for Industrial Valves, Industrial Hoses, Dampers, HVAC, and Flow Control Products.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging opportunities.
- Maintain CRM, customer database, sales pipeline, daily visit reports, and monthly sales forecasts.
- Participate in exhibitions, technical seminars, customer meetings, and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
- Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

- Increase new customer acquisition across target industries.
- Improve quotation-to-order conversion ratio.
- Strengthen repeat business from existing customers.

- Contribute towards sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is preferred. MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
- 4–7 years of experience in Industrial Valves, Industrial Hoses, HVAC Systems, Dampers, Flow Control Products, Mechanical Components, or related engineering products.
Mandatory experience in B2B Industrial Sales & Marketing.
· Strong understanding of technical sales, customer relationship management, negotiation, and business development.
· Ability to manage key accounts and generate new business opportunities.
· Knowledge of CRM, ERP, SAP, tender handling, and GeM Portal will be an added advantage.
· Excellent communication, presentation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
· Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
