Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Electrical Site Engineer to oversee and manage electrical installation and site activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical works, coordinating with contractors and clients, ensuring safety compliance, and completing projects within the given timeline.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day electrical site activities and installation work.
- Monitor electrical wiring, panel installation, cable laying, and equipment testing.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and technicians for smooth project execution.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
- Identify and resolve technical issues at the site.
- Monitor material usage and coordinate requirements with the procurement team.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Maintain proper communication with clients and internal teams.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of electrical systems and site execution
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Site coordination and team management
- Communication and reporting skills
- MS Office / AutoCAD knowledge preferred
Qualification:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Relevant site experience preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
